Can I sleep on my side in it?
Yes, on your right side or your back. The control pad and its battery sit on the left, and one buyer felt it when lying on that side, so keep the pad side up.
Will it fit my head?
The velcro strap adjusts from 20.5 to 26.6 in round the head. A buyer found it a bit larger than expected, and another buyer said to make for smaller heads, so pull it snug.
What if they don't fit?
30-day fit guarantee: if they don't fit or don't work for you, send them back and we refund. Email support@embertonhome.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the return address. Damaged, wrong or not working on arrival? We replace it free, as always.
How long does the battery last?
The maker doesn't give the hours. Buyers say the battery lasts a long time, one after a week of use. Like any small battery, it wears down after months of nightly use. If yours arrives faulty, email us.
Does it block all the light?
Buyers of the grey say it blocks out light well. One found a little light still came in on a bright day, so pull it snug and level over your eyes.
